Accepted Insurance Plans.
Medical Associates of Katy accepts all major insurance plans. Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana, Medicare and Medicaid are just a few of the plans accepted. Before scheduling an appointment please confirm with your plan that we are a participating provider. Failure to do so may result in denial of your claim or higher out of pocket costs.
Accepted Methods of Payment.
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Payment for all services rendered is due at the time of your visit. We kindly ask that all patients come prepared to pay any and all copays, deductibles, and or co-insurance amounts as dictated by their insurance plans.
Appointment Policy.
Our goal is to provide quality individualized medical care in a timely manner. Late arrivals, last minute cancellations and no-shows inconvenience those individuals who need access to medical care in a timely manner. Kindly provide 24 advance notice if unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a $25 fee per occurrence.
