Dr. Noor attended medical school at The Aga Khan University in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed his Residency at State University of New York in Buffalo, New York in 1996. He has been in private practice in Texas since 1996. Dr. Noor has served as Chief of Staff at Memorial Hermann Katy. He is Chairman of the Divisional Quality Committee for the Memorial Hermann Health System and a member of the Medical Executive Committee at Memorial Hermann Katy since 2007. He is past Chief of Medicine for Christus St. Catherine Hospital in Katy. Dr. Noor, is board-certified in Internal Medicine with added qualification in Hospital Management and re-certified in1997. Dr. Noor is also certified with the American Board of Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
